It depends on the high-rise.
If a 10-76 is transmitted for a Commercial High-Rise, the response is:
4 Engines
4 Trucks
1 CFRD Engine, 1 Lobby Control Engine, 1 FAST truck
4 Battalion Chiefs, 1 Division Chief, Rescue Battalion, Safety Battalion
1 Battalion Chief as the Safety Officer
Tactical Support Unit, FieldCom, nearest High-Rise Unit, Rescue, Squad, RAC unit, Mask Service Unit
A 10-77 for a High-Rise OMD is similar:
4 Engines
4 Trucks
1 CFRD Engine, 1 FAST truck
3 Battalion Chiefs, 1 Division Chief, Rescue Battalion, Safety Battalion

Should a 2nd alarm be transmitted for a 10-77, the remainder of the units called on a 10-76 (e.g. High Rise Unit, MSU) are assigned in on the 2nd alarm.
The High-Rise Units carry a variety of tools including High-Rise Fans, lights, and generators. High-Rise 1 is quartered with Engine 3 and is staffed by the Engine when needed. Likewise, High-Rise 2 is quartered with Engine 39.

The 10-77 response to a High-Rise Multiple Dwelling, shown in an earlier post, was changed in May as a result of tests conducted earlier. The new plan, a pilot project expected to be made permanent in October, specifies that a high-rise unit be assigned on the 10-77 in Manhattan Divisions 1 and 3 rather than on the second alarm. The HRU?s now carry two additional fans and the newly developed high-rise nozzle.
One of the eight engines citywide now equipped with a high-rise nozzle is assigned on a 10-77 anywhere in the city if not already on the scene. One of two fan-equipped engines is now assigned on a 10-77 in either Coney Island or Rockaway.
Fire window blankets have been issued to rescue and squad companies, the appropriate battalions, and six Coney Island and Rockaway ladders. The first blanket is normally deployed by the second-due ladder.

What exactly is a High-Rise Nozzle? Was this the device that was tried out that allows members to operate from the window below and has like a nozzle on a staff?
The high-rise nozzle is a product of the Department?s Research and Development program at Fort Totten and was fabricated by the Marine Operations Shops. It is an eight foot long, 2?-inch shutoff, 14? pound, aluminum pipe with a 120? bend and a 1⅛-inch tip. The nozzle is deployed in a horizontal position from the floor below using standpipe pressure, varied as needed.
For those who need the specifics of the revised 10-77 high-rise tactics:
The two high-rise units are at Engines 3 and 39. The high-rise unit backups, Engines 33 and 22, now have secondary backups, Engines 14 and 91.
High-rise nozzles are carried by the two high-rise units, and Engines 14, 66, 91, 93, 243, 266, 290, 305.
Fans are on the high-rise units and in the quarters of Engine 243 (for Coney Island 10-77?s) and Engine 331 (for Rockaway). Coney Island backup engines are 253 and 247; Rockaway backups are 225 and 302.
