ed in your first alarm run down you have Rescue 2  ;)  and also i think Engine 67 and Ladder 33 also went because for a 2nd alarm you get 3 engines and a truck  but then 52 truck became fast so im not sure if they added another truck

Will check ticket when i get to work wonder who went 4th due on 1st E-67 or E52 or E75 or E84 they are nearest after E43.
