The Campfire: FDNY Fire Academy film premiere at the FDNY Fire Academy on Randall’s Island.
Centered around the action-adventure documentary, The Campfire, the gathering is designed to create
meaningful conversations that often do not happen within traditional training or conference environments. More
than a film viewing, the forum will serve as a space for reflection, mentorship, connection and the passing forward
of lessons learned through a lifetime of service. As the nation approaches the
25th Anniversary of 9/11, the event also honors the legacy of the FDNY while encouraging continued leadership,
contribution and investment in the next generation.
