1307hrs- Callers report man yelling for help from the water near the Yonkers Train Station (Buena Vista Ave X River St). 4th precinct units responding. ESU and YFD R-1, Squad 11 from the fire scene on the East side. E-303, 308, L-71 assigned.
1315hrs- YPD rpts male yelling for help in the tunnel that runs from Van Der Donck Park under the train station and out to the Hudson River.
1328hrs- YPD ESU wth (2) officers in the water on the river side and YFD with (2) in the water on the park side. YFD cutting tidal gates in Van Der Donck Park. Req. NYPD for divers and Westchester County Police for Marine Unit.
1334hrs- YPD ESU has the male approx 100 feet under the building.
1354hrs- (1) male being treated by Empress EMS. All M/A being recalled.
