Whose bright idea was that …. The high beam alternating headlights flashes are probably the most eye caching warning lights on the front of most any emergency vehicles. Extremely effective and seen a greater distance and at the correct height to be seen in the rear view mirror.

they removed the headlight flasher due to when it goes bad, you lose a headlight. so they did away with them.

Door dents and stuff? No only if they have a spare door to give them. SSLs have dents
