The Barbecue Editor of Texas Monthly magazine has been able to find only five (5) "joints" in the entire northeastern United States that serve decent Texas-style barb-b-cue.

So, to bring lightness to all the members in the midst of another bleak winter;

1) Buffalo Southern Junction
2) Brooklyn Bark Barbecue on Water St.
3) Brooklyn Hometown Bar-B-Que on Van Brunt
4) Ridgefield, Ct. HooDoo Brown BBQ
5) Waterbury, Ct, Hindsight Barbecue

It's not Tootsie at Snow's BBQ, What can I tell ya.
 
I was gonna ask where was Dallas BBQ in Times Square at on this list, then I remembered there BBQ wings are just dunked in BBQ Sauce and nothing else is done to them.
