0823 - Bronx - Phone Alarm - Reports of smoke in a restaurant.
0827 - Bn. 19 - Transmit the 10-75. Fire in a taxpayer.

0831 - Bn. 19 - All Hands (E-43, L-27).
0833 - Bn. 19 - Fire in a 1 story restaurant. 2 L/S, 1 L/O. Trucks are opening up.
0836 - Div. 7 - Transmit the 2nd Alarm. Fire throughout a restaurant.
0841 - Div. 7 - Transmit the 3rd Alarm. We have fire in the cock-loft of 3 different restaurants. Duration 20 minutes. (Staging at Walton and Tremont)
0846 - Div. 7 - Transmit a 4th Alarm, and can I get 2 additional Trucks (TL-31, L-55).
0852 - Car 10 - Have Engine 72 and the Satellite set up at Jerome and Burnside with the manifold.
0856 - Div. 7 - Transitioning to an exterior attack. Removing all members from all buildings and setting up tower ladders.
0903 - Div. 7 - We need an MTA Supervisor and we need train traffic slowed at Burnside.
0907 - Div. 7 - We are performing exterior operations. DWH
0921 - FC - Per Car 10 - 2 Tower Ladders in Operation, 4 hand-lines in operation, 1 multi-versal being set up. DWH
0933 - FC - Special call an additional FAST Truck to relieve L-56 (TL-160 act. TL-33).
0945 - FC - Per Car 4 - 3 TL in operation, 4 hand-lines in operation, 1 multi-versal in operation, and 1 blitz-fire in operation. Still have heavy fire throughout.
1008 - FC - Transmit a full 5th Alarm. Make the trucks Tower Ladders.
1010 - FC - Have all 5th alarm companies respond to Battalion 45 at the staging area.
