On the OpenMHZ no Brooklyn. The channel that scans all 5 boroughs has been down for over a week
Each individual channel work. But some are quieter than others like Brooklyn & Queens.
Bronx & Manhattan come in loud and clear
Was having a Broadcastify problem for Chicago, kept losing the connection. Maybe them, maybe the provider.Queens is down too. It is picking up like 1 transmission an hour and the clip is short.
Broadcastify was having a similar issue too.
Which brigade attended? Here in the UK, listening on scanners was stopped nearly twenty years ago. The reason the fire and police service went digital broadcast was because of 911. Now I have the ridiculous situation last year when my neighbour was burnt to death next door, with seven fire appliances outside I couldn't hear a thing on my scanner. But I could hear crystal clear, the five boroughs of New York, very frustrating. Attached the scene outside my house last year.
Five from Merseyside, one from Cheshire and an ariel appliance from Merseyside.Which brigade attended?
What I do not understand is the situation on Broadcastify vs OpenMHZ?Let’s get back on topic here of the all borough feed still being down
No it doesn't, individual boro feeds all at the same time.So if the Bronx is really busy your SI feed is pushed back but you will get it although it will be delayed.i don’t think the OpenMHZ has the Al borough feed with a 3 second delay
I use this for Boston, Chicago, and Boston mutual aid info. But like I said for FDNY if a boro gets really busy all other transmissions get delayed.Didn’t realize OpenMHZ also has an app:
