1205hrs- Caller rpts 'bleach smoking in the warehouse.' Additional fire alarm activation.
E308, 303, 307*, 310*, L71, 72, R-1, Squad 11, B-1

1211hrs- B-1 on location with alarms sounding, 2-story Type 3 200x75 irregular.
1212hrs- B-1 rpts there is a unknown vapor in the air, 1/4 corner of the building. YFD SOC units responding from Special Operations.
1217hrs- B-1 rpts significant smoke condition due to a possible chemical reaction involving bleach. Co's stretching a line, FAST team in place. B-2 responding as SAFETY
1224hrs- B-1 rpts warehouse contains chemicals used for cosmetics and the 1st floor spa business. Co's rpt high heat in the warehouse.
1237hrs- S/C additional Truck
S/C: L-74
1237hrs- Car 3 req. (2) additional Engines, rpts YPD will set up exclusion zones. PD ordering 'shelter in place' notice including reverse 911 to Woodworth, Ravine, Lamartine and Alexander Sts. Vapor cloud is pushing northbound along Ravine Ave, all officers notified to avoid the cloud.

1245hrs- Car 2 transmitting 2nd Alarm. L-70 relocate Station 11, L-73 to Station 1.
No additional units dispatched on the 2nd Alarm (306, 309, 74 were all S/C)
1248hrs- CMD rpts cos' made entry and rpt a pallet of chemicals off-gassing. Samples were taken. Trucks to open up roof.
1251hrs- PD req. MTA to the command post, req. all train traffic stopped due to vapor cloud over the tracks.
1253hrs- CMD rpts R-1 making entry to conduct sampling.
1304hrs- YPD req, Westchester County PD Aviation
1316hrs- E312 relocating to Sta. 9
1319hrs- Metro North FD Chief responding to the Command Post.
1320hrs- Co's now reporting visible fire. CMD pulling companies off the roof.
1321hrs- 3rd Alarm transmitted. Haz Mat Support Units 1 and 2 on location.

1324hrs- CMD rpts co's going back onto the roof with handlines.
1326hrs- County Fire 60 Control notified for (2) Engines, (1) Truck to cover. E-314 relocate Station 12.

1808hrs- CMD req, E319 to scene for relief. Shelter in place remains.
2000hrs- YPD advising all shelter in place orders are lifted. YFD will remain on scene for prolonged period.
