1212hrs- B-1 rpts there is a unknown vapor in the air, 1/4 corner of the building. YFD SOC units responding from Special Operations.
1217hrs- B-1 rpts significant smoke condition due to a possible chemical reaction involving bleach. Co's stretching a line, FAST team in place. B-2 responding as SAFETY
1224hrs- B-1 rpts warehouse contains chemicals used for cosmetics and the 1st floor spa business. Co's rpt high heat in the warehouse.

1237hrs- Car 3 req. (2) additional Engines, rpts YPD will set up exclusion zones. PD ordering 'shelter in place' notice including reverse 911 to Woodworth, Ravine, Lamartine and Alexander Sts. Vapor cloud is pushing northbound along Ravine Ave, all officers notified to avoid the cloud.
