I have listened to this audio and always swear there is another FAD that is on the radio before John Lightsey came on to take over. The other FAD is on the radio from when Battalion 1 calls with the plane crash for approximately the first 14mins with John coming on the radio right after Marine 6 states there is fire out of the east side of building and Car 4D states they are 10-84. John then gives a list of floors with people trapped. That Manhattan dispatcher's name is John Lightsey who worked 9/11 at the Manhattan Communications Center in Central Park.
He was the first voice to respond to the call from Battalion 1, which reported a plane crash into the North Tower - transmit a second alarm.
When that happened, John Lightsey continued to work four days straight and later went to Ground Zero to assist after his shift
He has since retired.
This information was found on goggle
There is much more on the topic as well.
There is a you tube audio of this event which is Manhattan Fire Radio
It is titled, "FDNY Dispatch 9/11 Radio Audio w/Tribute in lights"
