EMS Information - MCI 80 - Box 2848 - CAD 1462
1007 C26 - Going to be transmitting a hazardous material (MCI 80) incident at my location, currently 5 Patients, 3 Green Tags, 2 Yellow, staging is at Watson Av & Stratford? I have 2 PRUs and a BLS and a ALS, requesting 1 additional BLS.
1009 C26 - CO Readings in the apartment, above 300.
1009 CW1/C26 - You have 14F on scene and 17H, do you want a 3rd BLS?

1010 C26 - Fire is on scene.

1012 CW1/C26 - Fire gave us a second job (static)
1014 C26 - We have 5 Patients, all civilians, 3 Green Tag, 2 Yellow Tag, requesting an additional boss for tracking.
1017 CW1/C55 - Citywide calling C55 for the 63. (2 or 3 times)
1018 CW1 - Last call for C55 for the 63 to the MCI 80.....C55 going no response on the Citywide Frequency.

1020 C26 - What units do I have assigned? (14F, 17H 18?, 17S, Z20, and 45? on scene, still responding is C55 and HT1.)
1021 C26 - Please assign the MERV also.

1122 C26 - Fire operations ongoing, potential is low to public safety and civilians, total patient count of 9, 8 Green Tags and 1 Orange Tag, the Orange tag is being treated by Z20 and 03E, we have 1 RMA, all other units either on their way to H25 or about to transport, going to ask for an additional BLS. (26G assigned)

1000 E096 - 2848, elevated readings, 300PPM in 2A, 3A, going up the A line, ventilating, shut down the boiler, will advise if we need additional units.
1000 E096 - Send an additional EMS unit, we have an occupant down in 3A.
1012 E096 - Transmit the box, need additional units to evacuate the building and EMS to evaluate the patients.
1012 XCO - Box after Initial 2848, 1124 Stratford Av, Elevated CO readings. (E082 E045, T031, BC18 assigned)
1012 XCO/BC18 - Verbal from EMS, 96 and 54 are operating there, elevated CO readings throughout.
1024 BC18 - Going to give a 75, go with the All Hands, we have High Readings, at least 600 in multiple apartments, A, B and I a J lines are effected, at least two people unconscious. (E090, T058F, BC03, RS03, Q061, DC06, RA03 assigned on the 10-75, E046 & T041 assigned on the 7-5).

1025 BC18 - 10-4, we have multiple EMS units on scene.
1025 XCO - CIDS: MD, 4 Story 75x100, Class 3, E4 Roof separated by Fence and Razor Wire, Membrane Roof.
1030 BC18 - 2848, using All Hands, elevated CO throughout, front to rear H type, in the process of evacuating all of the occupants.

1036 BC18 - Entire 3rd Floor checked, emptied of all occupants, CO readings are dropping, boiler system is shut down.
1040 - T046 acting T058, 10-8.
1041 DC06 - 2848, shut down the Oil Burner, need Con Ed to respond, PPM was originally at 600, PPM is now at 28, total of 5 Patients, 2 Unconscious, all being treated by EMS.
1044 - E066 acting E045, 10-8.

1049 DC06 - Levels continuing to drop, ? evacuated.

What is Z20? I've never heard EMS units in NYC with the letter first.

Paramedic Response Unit aka the PRUs, R##, P##, X##, and Z##s are all assigned as PRUs, one would assume that R## and Z## would be the rescue/haztac flycar versions respectively but no, apprantally they are all just PRUs.
M## is listed as a spare supervisor unit, I have no details on them, my assumption is that it is a combo Supervisor-PRU unit with a Boss paired with an extra paramedic, but I am yet to hear it over the air or receive any details
