Don’t think it’s new. Box 3605 is Brighton Beach Ave @ Brighton 1 Place not far from the updated address of Brighton Terrace.

Brighton 1 Street, Brighton 1 Place, Brighton 1 Terrace, Brighton 1 Court and Brighton Court Path all seem to be different streets or paths off Brighton Beach Avenue. Talk about confusing lol
