Didn't they pass laws prohibiting e-bikes in public housing? Seem to be working well.

NYCHA needs to open a tip (snitch) line with an anonymous financial reward offered.

Good idea, just that snitchers don't last too long in the Bronx (for that matter, most of the city), maybe not even long enough to spend the reward $$$$
