Initially a Class 3, BC1 transmitted the box.

(2) 10-45's code 3, (1) was the doorman.

Liberty St remains blocked off 24/7, right? So 10/10 can't access Church St, assuming they go around to West Side Hwy?
Why has the street been blocked? I know there are moveable barriers in front of quarters like much of Wall Street to prevent traffic but to cut off 10/10 from responding doesn’t make much sense if that’s what’s happening.

If I remember correctly, Liberty St has a permanent barricade.. with a small restricted entrance on side.. looked too tight for rig access. Barriers on Greenwich St and other side of Liberty St go down quickly when rig approaches (controlled by security booth? or maybe they have button on rigs?).
