SUBJECT: A inside look into Vintage Media Inc. the owners of Fire Apparatus

Journal and Vintage Fire Truck & Equipment magazines.

SPEAKER: Rachael Farquhar is the Director of Revenue Development & Strategic Events for Vintage Media Inc.

Born and raised in Michigan, Rachael has had a passion for storytelling since she was a child. She began studying journalism in the eighth grade and continued through high school and college, focusing on journalism and anthropology during her time in junior college.

After college, Rachael worked at Port Sanilac Marina while moonlighting for a small-town newspaper. Although she loved journalism, she recognized that the industry was changing and decided to return to school. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.

Convinced she would never work in media again, Rachael became the Marketing Director for a startup skincare company and helped grow the business into a national brand.

Today, she is proud to be part of Vintage Media Inc., where she works to grow the company's publications, events, and community outreach efforts. She enjoys bringing together collectors, restorers, firefighters, transportation enthusiasts, and the people who help preserve the stories behind the vehicles and equipment that shaped our history.
