I don’t think 75 and the 19 were assigned due to pilot. They should already be on the 2nd?
 
I Google mapped 3435 and it looks like that number is on the far right door which is probably a supers door. Might a correct address be 3433 which is on the main door in the center? This is like a double H construction.

In his report to media Car 4E gave the address as 3435
