Interesting, was E311 initially unavailable? They are alot closer than E314

You can get as many trucks as you want ask for that extra engine then Boom
 
Question for those OTJ.

When they want an extra engine above the All Hands Engine

Is that for fire fighting where they need to stretch another line

Is it to grab another hydrant

Or is it to relieve the engine companies whom were either due 1-4
