Yes. Like i said, other companies became available and some were turned around. That was the ticket at 1308ish hrs. At 1324ish 46 and 49 were the all hands 1 and 1, sounds like 49 didn't make it to the box though. Only heard bits and pieces of audio and from talking to guys from a few companies. -

Definitely cant determine the hydrant in advance right now. Good ECCs will have an idea of the hydrants they wanna take, but between cars, hydrants tampered with, sidewalk construction to restrict intersections even more…its impossible to know what hydrants will even work or be accessible.
