My understanding is the only rescue medic not attached to a rescue company is X10, which is due to it being part of the original PRU program.

Hydroxocobalamin and sodium thiosulfate have been carried by all FDNY ALS and Condition Cars since before 2016, maybe @Elmerj or @memorymaster could pinpoint the date better.
Interestingly BFD E*14's 4,225 runs would place #75 in FDNY for runs, similar to E*39 with 4,204. But, BFD L*4 and it's 5,370 runs would be a healthy #1 compared to L*43's 4,999 runs. What a difference no CFR runs makes.
