In between the request for extra eng and truck and the 2-2 the 31 Batt had a 2x2 fire in 219 first due area I believe.

Correct, Box 1244 was out at that time.

TL-114 was initially the 2nd Alarm truck, but TL-111 hit the area for relocation and beat them in.

Seems like TL-111 picks up more fires when they relocate than any other company. Almost like being a roving manpower company or is it they just attract work.

Noticed this too. Obviously 111 catches work in Bed-Stuy, and always have. Always will. But definitely their AH numbers increase by being relocated multiple times a week and being in the right place and time.

With the current policy of sending relocators into job companies are asking to be relocated. No accident that 111 is always relocating. They’re asking to be. Most likely have friendly dispatchers making it happen for them.

Sure companies turn out for relocations now-you're getting sent to the job if additional units are needed.
And then you go back to your own quarters after operating.

Some companies only get relocated to specific companies and no matter how fast the turn out, it isn’t going to get them into the job if it’s a quick Extra E&T. Tillers and 95fters, for example.

Yes, I'm sure it sucks if you're in quarters and a multiple alarm goes out near you and you miss out while a relocator gets the job, but if they're closer, they're closer. Arguing against this amounts to arguing for longer response times... hard to justify

I don’t believe anyone is arguing for slower response times. But getting tickles to turn out for relocates before a box is even dumped or going 10-8 well before you’re even remotely where you’re supposed to be, is what companies have the issue with.
