Eric Adams Is Indicted: Live Updates
The indictment makes Mr. Adams the first sitting New York City mayor to face criminal charges.

I agree 1000% on the Feds intentionally going after him. Like I said, I’m no Adam’s fan, but once he started to talk about the illegals, the regime had enough. I wonder if Kavanaugh fits into all these investigations eventually. Enough people are dropping dimes on everyone else. Like rats fleeing a sinking shipThis was all part of the Feds plan. Some probably started singing like a bird. The Biden/Harris syndicate has sent a strong message. Quite entertaining- it’s what New Yorkers wanted !
I don't think that the Adams indictment entirely reflects revenge over his comments about the lack of Federal help for the migrant crisis. They may have taken a "look" at him because of his attacks on Biden but I really think that there is so much smoke in his administration that they could not possibly ignore the fires that were really there. It's not just Adams but his Police Commissioner and others who are also still being investigated. I think they found so much corruption that they just could not ignore it.I agree 1000% on the Feds intentionally going after him. If the governor removes him from office, then the promotions get pushed down to low priority. Best to get them done now and move on.In my opinion, it might be better to wait a week or two to start promoting people and not the day after the mayor gets indicted but, it might be a good thing to do it now. Who knows.
I found her being left off the list HIGHLY suspicious. You’re right, the chiefs who were demoted to make way for her people who were charged with taking bribes and somehow she’s not involved? OddSo the FDNY was "pressured" to push through the permits yet no names mentioned as to who was pressured. Interesting that Kavanaugh's phone wasn't seized considering she seemed to be the only major department head who was never mentioned in the investigation (NYPD and BOE both involved). I guess having friends in high places helps keep your nose clean. Never mind that her two Fire Prevention picks were charged with taking bribes.

If I remember correctly it was listed on the inducement for the two Fire Prevention Chiefs. So the FDNY was "pressured" to push through the permits yet no names mentioned as to who was pressured. My bet is the DOJ doesn't have enough evidence to even get a indicement against Nigro. Otherwise he would have been by now.Now that two FDNY Staff Chiefs have been implicated, when are they going to go after the then Fire Commissioner, Dan Nigro?
MY guess is that Kavanaugh won't be touched since she's probably still heavily-hung in the Obama camp.
Either somone’s keeping her out of the Fed’s line of fire or she’s the mole. The only major department head who still has her cell phone…Now that two FDNY Staff Chiefs have been implicated, when are they going to go after the then Fire Commissioner, Dan Nigro?
