Avenue Z west of Bedford avenue looks to be 43, Avenue Z east of Bedford looks to be 33. If that’s accurate, this should be BC43 first due - 2 blocks from their border between them and 33. Map links I used may not be accurate though.

My card has 33 but south of Z is the 43 on both sides East of Bedford & West of Ocean

But Ave Z north between 13 & 14 is 43

correct me if I'm wrong but this is the third fire they caught since receiving the tiller and I don't think they had it a week yet
