If you need your PT boat repowered, save your money and get a Hall-Scott engine. Having owned one; powering a 1950 Mack 1250 GPM pumper; I can tell you they are reliable and sound great with or without a muffler. If you need spare parts, I'll bet you can find some hidden at the LAFD shops.

Pretty neat piece of engineering to own if you are into that sort of thing, can't imagine there is much in the way of spares for a vintage Napier-Deltic.
