Probably a few are listed here https://www.nycfire.net/forums/threads/apparatus-oos-due-to-mvas.83899/Any pumpers or ladder trucks that have been out of service for a extended period of time?
No they don’tDo they have anything the use as a spare CR when they are OOS for so long?
I always wondered if a spare would be needed since they have 3 more remaining and don't get used oftenDo they have anything the use as a spare CR when they are OOS for so long?
It’s getting brakes right nowCollapse 2 currently oos also.
Recently the 2nd Piece and reserve 2nd Piece were Out of service they were running both front lines@Skyler Fire does HM1 have a replacement rig for their 2nd piece?
Nice! must be frustrating for the shops waiting on partsRecently the 2nd Piece and reserve 2nd Piece were Out of service they were running both front lines
What I do not understand is that manufacturers are rolling out completed, new order apparatus. Are those parts that are needed being used to fill orders? Don't Seagrave, Pierce, E-One have an obligation to those cities/departments that purchased units from them?Nice! must be frustrating for the shops waiting on parts
Dont think they have any concerns on spare parts. It's kind of like taking your personal car into the shop. They get to it when they get to it.What I do not understand is that manufacturers are rolling out completed, new order apparatus. Are those parts that are needed being used to fill orders? SparesL28 and L43 were recently in accidents.Don't know if both frontline rigs are back in service
With chicago, I wouldn’t doubt it a bit. That’s probably the most reliable engine in the CityHappy related Birthday to D545! Trying to push 40 years?
