Small plane crash in Philadelphia @ Roosevelt Mall.

Vicinity of Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue (major intersection) in northeast Philadelphia. Incident appears to be on the south side of Cottman Avenue. Roosevelt Mall on the north side. E.71, TL.28, BC.12 first due.

Chief, looks like impact was between Leonard and Bradford Sts. opposite the Roosevelt Mall on Cottman Ave. close to Bustleton Ave. Its about 3 miles from me.
 
As a little kid in the early 1950's, my family lived in a crummy government housing project on Atoll Road near that airport in North Philly. We lived under the landing approach to the airport and I was just certain an airplane was going to crash into our place. It took seventy years, but damn, I was right all along!
 
Depending on what box was struck, L20 or L15 would be second due. E36, third due, is quartered with L20. Very long run for L34. Would be like sending 120 second due with 156 to
Kings Highway and E. 14th Street,
