Why would this be a 10-66? You probably mean a 10-60.

21:04..D-3 requested Extra Rescue (R-3), 2 Squads (18 & 288) & 2 Eng's (E-76,E-39) D-3 was informed that the 2 Eng's would require the transmission of a 2nd Alarm

22:23.. S/C a Rescue & Squad for relief... R-4, SQ-61

22:28.. S/C 2 Eng's with dewatering pumps..E-7, E-?

23:17.. S/C 1 Truck and designate it as the FAST unit.. L-35
 
2210hrs- Victim is in a harness, but still trapped. Con Ed vacuum truck O/S. Location is the 2nd Ave Subway project.
 
2223 hrs Special Call 1 additional  RES & 1 SQ for relief.......R*4 & SQ*61.........2229 hrs special call 2 additional ENGs w/operating de watering pumps.
 
Rescue 5 relocating to Rescue 4's quarters

Squad 252 relocating to Squad 41's quarters
 
2238 hrs....special call SOC De Watering Unit.......2244 hrs special call a MERV Unit & a Decon Task Force which will be ENG*279..LAD*131..BN*32 & Decon Support 1............                  2251 hrs Fallback step 3 implemented in Manhattan.......2257 hrs Third Alarm for relief & a Rescue Collapse Unit.
 
So now you have R-2 and Sq-1 covering Brooklyn and Staten Island  while  R-5 and Sq- 277 cover Queens and manhattan below 125th st ?

That would be Squad 270
 
2317 hrs Car 4C Chief Spadafora reports victim is still not removed....Car 11 Chief Seelig is supervising operations....special call a new FAST.
 
2347 hrs ...special call SQ*270 have then respond to Randalls Island & pick up a Collapse Pod & bring it to the scene then go back in service.
 
0004 hrs...Car 4c reports still pumping out water .....slow progress w/victim removal......Still Doubtful....Incident duration now 3 hrs & 31 minutes.
 
0027 hrs Car 4C reports the victim has been removed & is in stable condition.
