    NYPD VEHICLE ARSON ATTEMPTS.

If that were one of us we would be seeing sunrise through bars for the rest of our lives. 60+ priors and he's still walking around probably collecting every freebie check available as well.

That house is privately owned and the interior nicely restored. The 'apparatus' door was open one night and one could see that the owner has off street parking for his autos. Favorite dispatchers

Has anyone noticed that lately some dispatchers, especially one in the Bronx and one in Staten Island speak as though they are auditioning for reading disclaimers at the end of commercials for loans and auto sales? They speak so fast and even cut out their dispatcher numbers at the end of the...

When E251 was established in the early 50's they had a Ward LaFrance "Quad" apparatus and had it for many years. 251's quarters are just a few blocks west of this incident.

    Possible war years repeating itself.

Probably not the correct forum for this but today I heard two calls for immediate PD responses. The first was a company in Brooklyn who had an irate "citizen" who would not move his double parked auto to let the rig pass and therefore unable to respond to the box. The second was this afternoon...
