It is a UFOA stipulation. If the rig is older than 10 years and 364 days it isnt supposed to be in front line service. As part of that, the rigs are only meant to be used to emergencies and training.
You mean….using the resources on scene to ensure the FD gets credit for the work it does so when the inevitable happens and they try to close firehouses again, the numbers will back us up instead of trying to hide fires from deputy chiefs like in the old days? Yea. All hands.
To get to the box from the polo grounds is actually kind of a pain in the ass. They wouldnt have beaten anyone in that was due ahead of them except maybe 19 and that would have been really close.
