I don't think dispanding Eng. 7 was from prop 21/2, in 1993 Kendell Sq. where Eng 7 was going through a major change and big business wanted them out. There was a deal made but I don't remember what it was I think it was adding a firefighter to the Engine that was first due in Eng. 7 area.
