    Squad Support Truck

I did forget about the collapse Riggs, that is true the TSU’s‘s are mostly used by the rescue companies but if they had their own unit dedicated to them.

    Squad Support Truck

Hey thanks for the reply on that I was interested in knowing what they carry as well and I figured that the squad support truck would need to be bigger than the HMTU truck but I don’t know how much Hazmat gear is required from a Hazmat engine even though they’re not the main Hazmat unit they’re...

    Squad Support Truck

    Squad Support Truck

When’s squad 8 receive that HMTU unit as their second piece, I thought that they finally got it right. they just look better together going down the road, they look like a unit. I’m not a big fan of the international freightliner style second pieces that the squads currently have or that...

    High rise units

Thanks for your response lots of gear, but where’s the trampoline, or the jump cushion I Remember seeing those old pictures of about 10 firemen holding that round catcher for people trying to jump out of the building

    High rise units

Wow I thought they had a lot more specialized stuff on there for high-rises incidents. Yeah like you said they can put a lot of that stuff on a different type of unit and make it more functional they could almost probably just do two rescue pumper style or a double axle rescue pumper that could...

    High rise units

That’s a beast up there, but yeah this unit needs to be able to carry all their fans, and extra gear for high rise operations, so we’ll see. It’ll probably look like a rescue truck with a pump when it’s all said and done I just wonder if it’s still gonna be a walk in or just all side compartments

    SQUIRT MODEL.

I am really surprised that FDNY has not explored using more squirts due to the fact that almost every large fire they have three tower ladders in the front spraying water in. It could be beneficial and probably even faster and easier to set up when they do have an operation like this

    High rise units

There was a thread or a topic on or somewhere discussing the possibilities of turning the high-rise units into a functional or operational combination unit, meaning it would have a pump. I can’t seem to find it. If anybody had any update on any new high-rise units coming out, or if the new truck...

    SUPER PUMPER 1

I would really love to see how this thing would operate when it does not have any drafting options and it Has to do in line pumping from a water source it will take at least 2 to 3 engines if there’s some distance involved. That’s why I was asking about the 5 inch intakes for conventional or...

    SUPER PUMPER 1
