    The old houses, ex: E16 when it was on E.25 street had the kitchen on the 3rd floor and the bunk room on the 2nd floor where the office was with the officer's bunk as well.

    Fleet Friday FDNY SPECIAL UNIT COMPARTMENTS

    In the late 80's, EMS, which was then under HHC, had a new MCC, which I believe was given to FD that did indeed have a "toilet" on board. I forget what type it was but it did not rely on water for flushing.

    Adams and company could give two..I mean...could not care less or about the working folk like those mentioned above. Just $$$$ out of their pockets into the pockets somehow of those who know how to collect the dole from you and I.
