So the Union for FDNY EMS workers is still in contract negotiations- insert a new article into the proposed agreement- location differential pay - anyone working (not assigned) to a unit in the SO60 area gets $15.00 per tour worked or any part thereof . FDNY UFA, UFOA, NYPD PBA, SBA, DEA should then also seek reopening of contracts to address the same ( city won’t reopen contracts for this) but it will come
Up in future contracts with retroactive pay sought.
