I agree with what youre saying, but always and never are tough words on our job. There are instances where updates were done incorrectly over the past years. Crossing into other boroughs is definitely one where mistakes have been made, either intentionally or not. -

The fire doesnt end at under control. Companies are still there packing hose, picking up tools, assisting the marshals, etc. once back at quarters they arent always immediately back in service either. Injuries, tool replacements, getting cleaned up, all take time. -
