Exposure 4 is the former quarters of Ladder 13.

While it's certainly in its response area, I believe Ladder 8's quarters is in Engine 7's administrative district.

It looks like there was no FD presence when the car was lifted. I'd have thought there'd be a line stretched. The car's battery was still connected.

Do you have the identity of the units, if available, actually assigned to this box? With 321 taking the BFU I presume they're not counted as one of the 4 Engines, and with 254/153 about to be temporarily relocated will the assignment change?

What's going on on Avenue U? The apparatus floor was replaced only about 25 years ago.
