R2 was unavaliable or does R1 always respond instead of 2 along with 5?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe certain boxes near the water receive an automatic marine response regardless of the nature of the box. This was fairly close.
Yes idk about this box but most of Coney Island does get the boats

Considering that it's Coney Island, can I assume that it's a subway issue, not any other RR (if it is another, where the blazes is it and how has it stayed hidden this long).

NYCTA F subway line. Only 37 passengers were on the train with no injuries. From where the subway car landed when it came off the tracks, a few feet more and it would have come off the roadbed and onto the street.

Phone Alarm Reporting A Train Derailment.

BK/B43: Transit Is Reporting On The F-Line Northbound One Wheel Of The Train Derailed. You Have The Major Technical Rescue Response.

B43: It Is Going To Be One Of The 4th Car Wheels.

B43: E246 & L147 Are Wrapping Around To Jump On The Light Train & Then We Can Assess For Injuries Once We Get Up There.

B43: Transit Has Let Us Know That There Is No Reported Injuries At This Time, Still Making Our Way To The Car Itself.

B43: You Can 10-20 Any Special Units That Are Not 10-84.

D8: We Are Going To Keep Rescue 5 & All First Due Units, All Other Units Are Released.

FC: Awaiting The Arrival Of The 2nd Light Train So They Can Evacuate Passengers From The Front & Back Of The Train. No Injures At This Time, No One Has Been Evacuated Yet.

D8: 17 People Evacuated, Awaiting On The Remaining 20 People. There Are No Injuries. Still Using Rescue 5 & The First Due Units.

*All Hands Was NOT Transmitted*

You weren't kidding, could of been much worse.

From above:
BK/B43: Transit Is Reporting On The F-Line Northbound One Wheel Of The Train Derailed.

Can just one wheel of a train derail?
