I believe after 9/11 procedures were made for surrounding depts to fill FDNY houses. I heard Chief Salka speak on it once, things like rigs staffing etc. I think they also made it a thing for border companies to have the close mutual aid depts included in MUD

Yeah I understand that. My question was if you have a major and a 10-60 is transmitted is it “filled” to a 10-60 or is it a full 10-60 in addition to the major matrix. Others have answered indicating it is filled to a 10-60

I have a question about this if those in the know don’t mind. If a major matrix is assigned and then a 10-60 transmitted is the dispatch a FULL 10-60 or is the major matrix just “beefed up” to a 10-60?
