Chief, from what I remember growing up in the neighborhood is that the 59 was in 319 but the 46 stayed at 287/136. Do you think it would have lightened the load more if the 46 had moved to either 289/138 or 307/154?

I don't know what Hazle Twp is like now, but I can say that 5 or so years ago when I spent some time there, they always had crews in quarters and usually were out the door on dispatch with an engine and a truck (tower).
Truly amazing how much the area changed in the late 90's. I started working down there in 95 and we were in squatter buildings daily. By 97 everything was transformed and young women were walking their dogs in Tompkins Square Park.
