I've seen it on at least 1 other call this week in Queens. Im guessing frozen hydrants. I think there was a call earlier in the week in the Rockaways they special called the TA at 265 early on.

FDNYS rescues? No. The tiller versions that have been posted I dont believe so. There all heavy rescues. There might be a 1 off somewhere though. LA city and County both have tillered aerials with pumps and tanks.
