Bullshit ,!!!! The REAL reason is that OUR Goverment does'nt want us to know what is happing around us .Billions %$$$ of taxpayers money spent.We need newer radios,systems ,Tech etc. But remember,dispatch can flick on and off, systems so they can turn off repeaters etc So no one else can ?? !!!!
