8 story brick occupied multiple dwelling. Fire is in the ?C? wing in Apt. ?charlie? 86.
We have 2 ? lines stretched, 1 ? line in operation. The 2nd. line is about to be put into
operation. Primary searches are underway. Truck?s are ?Opening Up? Fire is Doubtful.
