15:30 B35: Be advised that M6 is putting water on the fire.

15:44 M6 with water on the fire, TL working, hand lines being set up, and the yard crane will overhall... doubtful
15:55 B35 says M1 can stand FAST at the mouth of the creek on the East River
16:18 D14 Releasing some units, TL pouring water on fire, crane removing debris, doubtful
M1 will lo longer be able to get under bridge due to tide unless the bridge is raised... Still told to stand-by
