This type of fire is why the city shouldn't even think of shutting down E157. Port Richmond is loaded with SRO's and illegally subdivided buildings. Census data is not correct because about 60% of the residents are undocumented aliens. I know this having worked for the Census last year. Because of my spanish language skills I was working to track them down.
