L43 was certainly not first due - 26 pulled out of quarters, took a left, drove 50 feet, parked the rig and went upstairs.

Reason E53 was first due is because 58 was on an EMS run on Lenox Ave. 91 likely the same predicament since they would have been first due on 3rd Ave.

I figured 26 could have walked there. I saw the comment about 58 but 91 was not accounted for.
