Hi Signal no report from the 45 of any manholes going off on the Island or Manhattan. So that reporting is suspect. I live within a half a mile of Roosevelt felt nothing here.

Residuals from the Japan quake perhaps on a inter-earth fault line, clearly.

We had a quake up here in Buffalo last February and the sound of it approaching woke me up just in time to feel the house shake for about 3 seconds, then the sound receded to the Northeast away from us. I figured for sure some enormous explosion had cooked off nearby from the sound and short vibration
