I don't know what job this is but Box 4521 was an All HANDS, the 10-75 was transmitted by L-130, 2 lines were stretched 1 in operation.

Apparently there were 2 calls to this location - I would surmise that the initial incident seemed resolved and then the fire broke out - the initial  call was for an electrical problem
