Bridge inspectors not FFs but certainly could have been....remain alert whenever out of qtrs for any reason.

Absolutely right - I had inspectors up on the Hutch in Westchester on Saturday a couple of weeks ago checking some bridges for asbestos materials prior to some bridge reconstruction - we needed a lane closure to get some of the samples - not easy!
