E151 to SI: Fire in a PD, 2 story approx 60x60. We have 2L/S, both in operation. Fire remains DWH at this time.

BC23 to SI: 10-4 received

BC23 to SI: 3L/S, 2L/O. Primaries are negative in the first floor. Continuing in the attic.
 
Is the DAR system down ? I could pick up other comms on the UHF system like Rikers Island but could not pick up div 8.
 
Where was the 23 coming from that 151 had to give dispatch the size-up? I know it's a lengthy run but seemed a little more lengthy.

Thought the same thing. Maybe the 23 was coming from the furthest point of their response area, that could make it half the length of the island.

When E151 gave the report to SI, the duration was 9 minutes. When the 23 gave the next report it was 15 minutes in duration. So they were only a few mins out initially.
