All-Hands - Looks like the got the Major Matrix too

All Hands isn?t a signal

No signal transmitted

By my understanding an all hands is ?Signal 7-5?. May be wrong.

Were the special units (not normally assigned on the "All Hands") SC by the B or D or assigned on the discretion of the MD?

Is this what Rescue 5 was supposed to get?  In the past they had a step van like the Squads before they got new apparatus a few years ago.  I thought I saw somewhere on this site that Squad 8 received E-165's 2nd piece which exactly like the one in this video.  But THEMAJESTIRIUM1 mentions this is a brand new second piece in the caption.

I?m well aware of the ?Signals?

But they transmit the ?All Hands?

Not ?transmit the 5-7 Signal?

All I?m trying to point out is that on there it equates transmitting the All-Hands To transmitting a ?Signal 7-5?. Just suggesting that they are synonymous.
