Bronx All Hands Box 3049 fire in an OMD - about 10 minutes ago

Location - BEACH AVE at ARCHER ST - Parkchester

  On a sunny day with all the planets correctly aligned the response should be E90, E45, E64, TL41, TL58, BC18 then SQ61, E96 and L47FAST.

75-3049 1460 Beach ave @ Archer st, fire on the 4t floor of a 5 story 100x100 OMD. 1 L/s & operated L47 the Fast Truck.

Fire was actually a few blocks south of Parkchester on Beach Ave. 4- story M/D. Nothing showing on arrival but after entering building officer of E90 ordered a full stretch as it blew out  fourth floor window on the street side. TL41 picked some people off the firescape. Fast knockdown by engine companies. Actual response:

Cold, rainy, raw night. Everyone pitched in on take up but S61. Is that policy that squads do not assist?

That's not the 1st time i have seen them do that!!!  so maybe it is

Was the squad standing around while the hose was being repacked or did they take up and not help? Just curious

They were standing around as their rig was blocked in by another engine.
