Does a 10-75 bring in an additional Engine and a additional Truck, a Rescue, a Squad and a additional Battalion?

Thanks in advance

on a 10-75 you get: 4 engines, 3 ladders, 2 battalion chiefs, 1 rescue if available, and 1 squad if available

Now you could request and Extra E&T(which most chiefs do). You would only get another Rescue and/or Squad when its a 10-60.  You get 4 battalion chiefs when it go's to 2nd alarm you get 5 when it goes greater than a second alarm

Are the additional units notified on the original response or are they silent until the 10-75 is struck?
